From the xCenta Dashboard, click on 'View All' inside the Alerts box.
A new window will appear containing all the alerts, enter a word, phrase or date (dd/mm/yyyy) into the search bar relevant to the alert(s) you wish to find, it will then list all alerts containing the entered information.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
