Usernames are not case senstive. However, should your username include spaces, full stops, symbols or numbers, these have to be entered as necessary.

For example, if your username is Dannielle Gillard-2, inputting it as DANNIELLE GILLARD-2 would work, but DannielleGillard2 would not.
