From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen.
From the Admin screen, click on Manage Site.
A new window will appear. On the bottom right hand side you will see a section called Action Escalations (days).
There are four possible levels of escalations, they are Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4.
The xCenta system can notify relevant users that actions have not been completed on time. For example, 7 days after an action is overdue for Level 1, 14 days for Level 2 etc.
The next stage is to ensure that these settings in Manage Site are reflected within relevant Roles.
From Tools > Admin, click on Manage Roles.
A new window will appear. Create a new role, for example Level 1 Escalation.
For the role scroll down to Permissions - Notifications. Level 1 Escalation place a tick in the box called Receive Level 1 Escalations, then click on Save.
The final stage of the process is to assign the roles you have created to the users that will receive the notifications.
From Tools > Admin, click on Manage Users.
