From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen. 




From the Admin screen, click on Manage Site.




The screenshot below shows the Site Details. On the right hand side, is the header Departments. You can add a new department by clicking on Add Department.



A new window will appear, allowing you to fill in details of the department. When you have completed this select Add.

 



The window will close and the department you have just created will appear at the bottom of the list.
