If when in the Employee New Module you can see another person's training courses or employee details, you will need to check to make sure that the employee is mapped to the correct user profile.
If you select the relevant employee record from the dropdown box.
A new tab will appear. Select the Blue Pencil icon next to General Information to edit.
The Mapped User is associated to Laura Greasby rather than Mecia Brockhouse. Click on the drop down box and select Mecia Brockhouse. Then click the Green Save button.
