Significant changes and Bug fixes to the Essentials System.

• Training Matrix - Added 'Compliance Standards' to the Manage section so that
• expectations for each qualification type can be set as a requirement per location.
• Training Matrix - Fixed bug that caused it to always switch to the Matrix tab when
• selecting a filter option
• Training Matrix - The correct tab should now be highlighted - previously even if you
• had another tab open, the overview one would always be highlighted.
• Training Matrix - Added 'Did Not Attend' option when updating a booking
• Training Matrix - Added optional Cost, Joining Instructions, Confirmation of
• Booking Received and Planner Updated fields when scheduling a booking
• Training Matrix - Added a new tab called 'Expiring Courses', which shows courses in
• order of how close they are to expiring.
• Training Matrix - Matrix table now has alternating colours to increase readability
• Training Matrix - Label changes:
• 'Employee' dropdown changed 'Please Select' to 'All'
• 'Location' dropdown changed 'Please Select' to 'All'
• Overview - changed 'Complete' header to 'In Date / Current'
• Overview - changed 'Overdue' to 'Expired / Required'
• Overview - changed 'Due Soon' to 'Due within 90 days'
• Training Matrix - Removed 'Enquire' button from Employee Training Summary
• Training Matrix - Changes to 'Booked Training' table:
• Sort by Training Date by default, so that earliest shows first
• Add a new column which shows a coloured circle representing status
• Training Matrix - Added sorting to tables in the Overview screen
• Elearning - Added new 'My Courses' screen
• Elearning - Added new 'Learner Dashboard' screen
• Elearning - Added new 'Learner Summary' screen
• General - Fixed bug that caused a Client setup to not be confirmed, resulting in
• them being unable to log in afterwards.

• E-Learning/Course Builder - Removed 'Print Overview' button in top navbar
• General - Fixed bug that caused a Client setup to not be confirmed, resulting in

• E-Learning/Course Builder - Removed 'Print Overview' button in top navbar
• General - Implemented Content Security Policy - This is a security feature which
• prevents potential attacks by requiring all scripts/stylesheets to be whitelisted
• before they are allowed to run.
• Location Admin - Permissions - Fixed a number of bugs with permissions
• management - see Notes for more info
• Incidents - When a new Incident is saved, the save button is now disabled so that
• users can't click it multiple times and therefore create duplicates.
• Location Admin - Permissions - Fixed a bug that caused an error when trying to add
• or remove a location assignment. The 'Do you want to copy permissions' modal has
• been disabled as this was the cause of the problem. An alternative bulk
• management feature is being specced up to replace this.
