From the Xcenta Dashboard Select the employees module.



A new page will open inside the Employees module, Select the Dropdown Box and select The Relevant Employee.



The selected employee's record will open up, select the Yellow Form Icon






The "Employee Forms" Section will open, select Add New.






A pop up will appear, fill in the relevant information and then click the Green Save Icon.






Once saved, you will be taken back to the employees forms section and you will see the new Form had been added.



An email will be sent to the employee telling them a new form has been assigned to them.
