From the Xcenta dashboard, select the New Actions Module.
On the New Actions page, click on the action you wish to Complete.
A pop up will appear, click on Complete.
A new page will appear, from here you can Add Completion Notes, and Complete the Action
The tab will change again, from here you can click on the close window icon in the top right corner.
It will bring you back to the main actions module page, just refresh the page and the action you completed should have a green flag on the left hand side.
