From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Indexes.
A new page will appear. Select the relevant Index.
A drop down will appear. Select the Eye Icon on either Risk Assessments or Management Inspections, depending on where the closed form is.
A new section will appear. At the top of the page, you will see 3 boxes: Show Active, Show Archived, and Show Closed.
Select Show Closed, and any Closed Forms will be shown.
