There are two methods to create an action on a form.
Method 1
Within a form, following each question, there will be a drop down box where you will select your answer.
For example, with this question, 'Good housekeeping standards are maintained?', the 'incorrect' answer would be 'No.' Once you have selected 'No', this will enable you to create an action.
Click 'No', and a pop up will appear.
Input the Action Required, any necessary notes, and a Due Date. Along the right hand side, you will see a lost of users. Tick those who you would like this action to be assigned to. Then click 'Create.'
Method Two
Within a form, along the right had side of the question you wish to create an action against, you will see a (!) logo. Select this.
A pop up will appear. Click 'Create Action.'
A new pop up will appear. Input the Action Required, any necessary notes, and a Due Date. Along the right hand side, you will see a lost of users. Tick those who you would like this action to be assigned to. Lastly, click 'Create.'
