From the xCenta Dashboard, click on 'Tools' and then 'Admin'.
A new page will appear. Click on 'Manage Site Indexes and Forms'.
Choose the correct category that stores the document you wish to apply as a read receipt.
A new page will appear. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the the item you wish to apply as a read receipt.
A pop up will appear, as seen below.
If you want someone to be notified when a user doesn't understand the form, click 'Pick User' underneath 'Read Receipt not understood?' as seen below, and select the user from the drop down that you want to be notified.
The user selected will receive a notification stating that the user has read the form and not understood it.
