From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen.
From the administration screen, click on Manage Site Indexes and Forms.
Click on the index you wish to open.
Find the index you need to click on and a drop-down will appear with all the forms/read receipts in. Depending on how many read receipts you are assigning a user to, there are two options. There is the Select / Deselect All button and there is a tick box next to each form/read receipt.
Once you have ticked the ones you need, click Bulk Assign Users.
A new pop will appear. Select the user(s) you need to assign it to and click on the Read Receipt tick boxes. Once you are happy click on the Assign Users button.
