From the xCenta Dashboard, click on 'Actions'.
A new page will appear. Click on 'Create Action' on the top hand right corner.
A pop up will appear.
Fill out the relevant information by selecting the users and the site. To assign an individual action for each assigned user, tick the highlighted box. Then click on Add Action .
On the next page you will be asked whether you want to add any Notes and Attachments regarding the action. If so click on Add Note then on the Blue Create button.
If there is nothing to be added, just click on the Create button.
