From the xCenta Dashboard, click on 'Actions'.
A new page will appear. Click on 'Create Action' on the top hand right corner.
To assign one action for any assigned user to complete, select the site and then the user from the dropdown boxes tick the highlighted box. Then click on Add Action
On the next page you will be asked whether you want to add any Notes and Attachments regarding the action. If so click on Add Note then on the Blue Create button. If there is nothing to be added, just click on the Create button.
