From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen.
A new screen will appear. From the administration screen, click on Manage Roles.
A new page will appear, click on the relevant role.
Click on the Document Group Permissions tab.
The Document Group(s) that you have created will sit under this tab.
There are three types of permissions available when assigning a document group to a role.
- Can View allows a user to see the document, but does not allow them to make any changes or check a document out for review.
- Can Manage allows a user to see the document, make changes within the information screen, and to check a document out for review.
- Can Authorise allows a user to review and approve documents.
Once you have ticked the relevant permission, click on the Save button.
