From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Audits icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear, click on the relevant audit, then click on the form you require.
A new window will appear, this is where you will be able to enter the relevant information.
If you are wanting to print the form and complete it as a hard copy, click the Print icon on the top right of the screen.
A new pop up will appear, it is automatically defaulted to Html but you will need to tick the PDF tick box and then click the Print button.
