From the xCenta Dashboard, click on 'Read Requests'.
A drop down will appear. Click on the read request you wish to complete.
A new tab will open. Click on the Appendices tab.
A new page will appear. Click on the Link as highlighted below.
The file can then be downloaded. The file can then be found at the bottom of the page. Click the file to open it and read it.
When you have read the file, close it and return to the original page shown below. When possible, click 'I have read this form'.
A pop up will appear, the system will ask you if you have read and understood the form, or if you read and didn't understand the form. Then type in your initials, and click 'OK'.
