From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Equipment icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear.
Click on the Equipment Category, click the piece of equipment, click the drop down arrow next to the relevant piece of equipment.
Click the Notes tab and then click Add Note.
An entry field will appear, enter the relevant details and click Add Note.
