From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the 'Actions' icon in Modules.
Click on 'Create New Action'.
A new window will appear, fill in the required tabs assign the action to at least one user and click on 'Next'.
A new window will appear, if you would like the action to be recurring tick the box, or just click 'Next'.
A new window will appear, where you have the option to add a note.
A pop up will appear. Add the necessary note and click 'Add Note'.
Here you will have the option to add another note or an attachment. Add attachment then / or click 'Finish.'
