From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Employees New icon in the Modules section.
A new window will appear. Click on the relevant employees name.
Select the Yellow Form icon then click the Add New + button to add a new record.
A new pop up will appear, select the Training Records form template, rename the form to the relevant training, for example First Aid Training, enter a relevant Expiry Date if applicable and click Add Form.
The page will refresh, find and open the training record form just added.
A new window will appear. Fill in the relevant details for the form, they are all optional so any information can be entered into these fields.
If you are wanting to add a note and an attachment to the form follow the below.
Click onto the Notes tab and click Add Note.
The note will allow you to attach the relevant document to the training record, as an example type Certificate for the note and click OK.
The page will refresh and take you back to the form tab, click back onto the Notes tab and click Add Attachment for the note just added. Here you can browse for the relevant file, for example, a certificate, then this can be attached to that note.
