From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Occupational Health icon in the Modules section.

A new page will appear. Click the relevant form.

Click Notes and then click Add Note.

A entry field will appear, enter the relevant information and click Add Note.

If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
