From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right corner of the screen.
A new window will appear. Click on Manage Site Indexes and Forms.
A new page will appear. Click on the relevant department Index.
A new window will appear. Click on Management Inspections or Risk Assessment, under Item Name. This will load a new section with the forms.
Click on the 
icon to edit a form.
A new pop up will appear, edit the relevant information and click OK.
