Response History - This tab will record each answer entered into any question within the form, for each answer it will record who answered it, the date it was answered and the time.
Actions - This tab will record all actions created within the form, for each row it will record the question the action its assigned to, what is required to be carried out and when it is due to be completed.
Notes - This tab will record all notes either created against a question or within the notes tab itself, for each note it will record the content of the note, who created it, when it was created and if applicable, any attachments stored against the note.
Appendices - This is created at a form template level, it offers the opportunity to assign documents to a form for users to access when completing a form.
