From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the 'Actions' icon in the Modules section.
If you go through the Modules section a new page will appear, if you go through My Workload a list of actions will load. Click on the relevant action.
A new window will open, click on 'Add Note'.
A new tab will pop up, fill in the relevant note details and click on 'Create'.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
