From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen.
From the administration screen, click on Manage Site Indexes and Forms.
Click on the index you wish to open.
Within this index will be further indexes/departments. Click the desired index/department you wish to delete the form from and it will bring up a drop down tab which contains the ability to edit, delete and add forms. Place a tick inside the box of the form(s) you wish to assign the user(s) to.
Click on Bulk Assign Users at the bottom of the page, this will bring up a pop up box. Select the user(s) you wish to allocate to your chosen form(s) and click Assign Users.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
